The Leadership Pathways program is designed for early-to-mid-career professionals navigating the demands of modern leadership. Over nine months, participants engage in five virtual sessions and four ICF-certified peer coaching sessions, learning practical frameworks to build cultural intelligence, executive presence, and strategic thinking. The program emphasizes real-world application, helping leaders read organizational dynamics, influence diverse teams, and position themselves for advancement. Participants also create a personalized Leadership Charter and develop lasting connections with peers who challenge and support their growth.
The curriculum covers key areas, including the P.I.E. Model for leadership perception, organizational awareness, strategic decision-making, and balancing stretch assignments with performance. A capstone masterclass with senior ELC members provides insights from seasoned practitioners. With small-group coaching, actionable strategies, and a focus on leadership as it functions today, hybrid teams, constant change, and diverse perspectives, this program equips emerging leaders with the skills, confidence, and community to thrive in complex work environments. Organizations can also enroll groups to enhance collective leadership development.
